Dehydrated Lemon Wheels

Hand cut and slow dried lemon wheels, perfect for a springtime cocktail.

INGREDIENTS: lemon (may contain seeds)

Size: 2 oz / 56g

Due to state law, these are only available locally.

Pair with a lemon pomegranate martini:

• 1.5 ounces vodka
• 1 ounce lemon juice
• .75 ounce simple syrup
• .5 ounce pomegranate juice
• 1 sprig of fresh thyme

Add vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a glass (ice optional), tip the glass gently to the side, and carefully and slowly pour pomegranate juice down the inside of the glass (referred to as a "sink") so that it settles at the bottom. Top with a sprig of fresh thyme and a Slow Burn lemon wheel.
